Thanks to the Dr. Robert White Trust, which was created in the 1960s to support high school rowing in the Greater Philadelphia region, we will be hosting a 3-hour Capacity Building workshop on Saturday, January 24, 2015 from 1pm to 4pm at the Fairmount Boat Club. Registration will open at 12:30pm and a light lunch will be served during this time.
The purpose of the workshop is to ensure our local high school rowing programs are successful now and in the future. The workshop will cost $10 per attendee and is open to all local rowing coaches, parents of high school rowers, and school administrators/ teachers. We plan to conduct this workshop on an annual basis.

- Financial Management/Fundraising
- Governance and Transition of Leadership
- Engaging Rowers and Their Families
